You are changing your program from Continuing Education (non-degree) to one of CCV’s degree or certificate programs. You must complete the two steps below to transfer your previously earned college credit to CCV. Transferring your credit will enable you to use your transfer credit toward applicable CCV degree requirements, and these credits will be available to you as you access CCV’s web-based degree audit and registration services.

Step 1: Complete the information below for each college or university that you have previously attended (not including CCV):

Step 2: Contact each institution listed above and request that they send your official transcript to CCV Registrar, P.O. Box 489, Montpelier VT 05601-0489. Transcripts can also be emailed if sent directly from the college’s records office to registrar@ccv.edu. Please check with your academic advisor if you believe you have already submitted your transcripts to CCV.

NOTE ON PROGRAM CHANGE TIMING

During the first two weeks of the semester, we will process your request for the current term.

After the first two weeks of the semester, we will process your request for the next upcoming term.

The Registrar’s Office will follow up if we need any more information. Otherwise, you will see your new program and progress in Self Service within seven days. You can access your progress directly here: https://selfservice.vsc.edu/Student/Planning/Programs/MyProgress
