Remote Accuplacer via Examity Request

For out-of-state applicants or any CCV applicant unable to schedule an Accuplacer appointment during CCV’s normal business hours, remote Accuplacer assessments are available through Examity^®, an online proctoring service. To use this service, you must have a computer with a webcam and a reliable high-speed internet connection. The webcam will be used by a proctor to verify your identity (government issued photo ID required) and to monitor and record your testing session. The fee for this service is $10, payable directly to Examity^® when you schedule your session. (There is no charge for Accuplacers taken at a CCV location.)

If you’d like to take CCV's Accuplacers through Examity^®, please complete this form at least one week in advance. Upon approval, you will be sent instructions from Examity^® for scheduling your assessment date and time.
