Alumni Scholarship Award Application

If you graduated in December or will graduate in June and plan to pursue a bachelor’s degree, you are invited to apply for CCV’s Alumni Scholarship Award. The recipient(s) of the award, chosen by a panel of CCV alumni, will be announced during graduation in June. The award will be sent directly to the college where the recipient plans to continue their studies.

Application Criteria:
To apply for the alumni scholarship, you MUST:

be graduating from CCV in December 2024 or June 2025
be continuing on for a bachelor’s degree
commit to participate in graduation or a promotional photo shoot, should you be selected

Application Process:
You MUST submit each of the following items:

the application form below
proof of acceptance to a four-year educational program
letter (or printed email) of recommendation from a CCV staff person or instructor
1-2 page essay discussing your academic and career goals and how this scholarship would help you achieve these goals

If you are having difficulty uploading the required materials, you are welcome to mail physical copies to the address below. Or you can take copies to the front desk of your academic center and ask that they be scanned to development@ccv.edu. All mailed/scanned application materials must be received by Monday, April 7th.
