NMC RN Pathway Program
The NMC RN Pathway Program is recruiting for its 2nd Cohort!
Through partnerships with CCV, VTSU, VSAC, and the VBRT Foundation, the NMC RN Pathway Program provides an opportunity for successful applicants to maintain full-time employment at NMC while studying to complete their pre-requisite courses and Associate of Science in Nursing degree. Upon completion of this three-year apprenticeship, participants will be eligible to take the NCLEX-RN and apply for RN licensure.
The program is designed to support current and prospective employees who wish to pursue a nursing career and “earn while you learn!” Chosen applicants will receive tuition support, paid study time, and additional wraparound services as needed to ensure success. Applicants may be currently working in any NMC department (including but not limited to environmental services, restaurant and catering, lab, and billing) or secure employment.
